It was a while before the light clicked on that she was meant to coach. In fact, for as long as Cheryl Marks Young can remember, colleagues would come to her with career and leadership questions … even the senior executives. Initially, she thought that was “just part of work,” until it dawned on her that she spent a large part of each workday providing answers and insights to leaders.
Even more, it occurred to her that connecting people and businesses to their true vision, purpose, and passion is what she did best. Plus, helping people alight on a path to their greatness was something she loved to do.

That’s when Cheryl said to herself, “I was born to coach.” That’s when her coaching career began in earnest, and she set out on a road to grow her business.
She started to build business relationships when she developed a system to help women use the internet to find their significant others. It was a system of questions, structure and research that provided a great template for what would grow into her coaching work.
She went on to teach that system and subsequently co-wrote a book titled Live Your Purpose, Love Your Work.
Cheryl’s passion hasn’t changed a bit since then, nor has her expertise. If anything, both have deepened, positioning her to guide and mentor individuals even more effectively.
She founded Creative Blueprints LLC, an executive and business coaching and training company that helps you make better decisions and improve financial results that allows clients to achieve their missions and give back through profits with purpose.
Cheryl welcomes people who are driven to succeed and are open to new ideas to help their companies grow. A lifelong learner herself, Cheryl has achieved not only a solid educational foundation, business acumen and advanced leadership training, but also has sound experience from the C-suite to the Boardroom. What’s more, she adds new tools that broaden her scope of knowledge on a regular basis.
Her work as a Certified Leadership, Executive and Business Coach, National Speaker, Entrepreneur, Author, and Board Member have resulted in her recognition as an expert in personal and professional development and success. In each of these roles, she works with successful executives and forward-thinking organizations, providing professional guidance, thought leadership and inspiration, so they can achieve their fullest potential.
She also founded The Allergy Ninja®, a passion project she transitioned into a business in 2012. The Allergy Ninja® was inspired by her family’s journey through her son and daughter’s combined 35 anaphylactic food allergies. Through The Allergy Ninja®, she creates recipes, foods, and skincare products with meticulously selected ingredients that are allergy safe for their lives.
Cheryl’s goal is to help her clients grow professionally and personally and through that growth experience, achieve increased success in their businesses and in their lives. She welcomes people who are driven to succeed, open to new ideas, surmount one challenge to level up then take on the new hurdle created by their forward movement; people who are hungry, humble, and human, characteristics Cheryl believes are the stuff of great leaders and of exponential growth.
That’s where Cheryl comes in… where she can help. Strategically, positively, and compassionately, she guides her clients to dig deep and ask the right questions, listen actively to the shared insights and experience the support that will enable them reach new heights.
